They Flew229 viewsWe've got action, if only just a little. After this page, things are gonna change and I may move away from Tina Williams' Mystical Unicorns kit, although that's going to be kind of sad for me. I love this kit! But we'll be back after she defeats the dragon. For now, the background, the unicorn and the doodle flourish are from that kit, the journal book is from Angel Wings and Things, and the overlay on them is good ol' TraciJ's "Just a sprinkle of." Butterflies are from Karla's Kaleidoscope Backyard Buganza.
Oh, and the Andrew Bird cd is called "The Mysterious Production of Eggs." You may know Mr. Bird as Doctor String from Jack's Big Music Show.
Fonts are, as always, A picture and goudy medieval.

So Atha climbed on the unicorn's back and, finally, they flew. Flying was delicious, like the smell of her mommy's sweet pea bath spray. It was tingly like bubbles in soda. It was beautiful and surprising like butterflies and crickets that suddenly come to life when you try to pick them up. It was swelling and magnificent, like the violins in mommy's Andrew Bird CD. Atha didn't want it to end, but they passed through the hole in the sky, and below them was different from anything Atha had ever seen, and, as suddenly as it had begun, their flight was over.
It was extraordinary.
"Wow!" she said as she hopped down. "It's gonna be tough to top that!"
